Anhand der gew\u00fcnschten Qualit\u00e4tsklasse beseitigen wir die Unwucht anschlie\u00dfend, indem wir Material abschleifen oder Bohrungen bzw. Gegengewichte anbringen. Dieses Auswuchten setzen wir fort, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Qualit\u00e4tsklasse erreicht ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Die Vorteile des Auswuchtens<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Technik des Auswuchtens bietet eine Reihe von Vorteilen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reduzierung der Unwucht<\/li><li>L\u00e4ngere Lebensdauer der Maschine, in die das rotierende Teil montiert wird<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Auswuchten bei AFMI<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir von AFMI sind auf das Auswuchten von Fl\u00fcgelr\u00e4dern, Rotoren, Kopplungen und anderen rotierenden Teilen spezialisiert. Mit unserer Maschine k\u00f6nnen wir Werkst\u00fccke mit einem Gewicht von 5 kg bis 1.500 kg, einem Durchmesser bis zu 3.500 mm, einer L\u00e4nge von max. 3.870 mm und einer H\u00f6chstdrehzahl von 3.600 U\/min sowohl statisch als auch dynamisch auswuchten.
