This makes it possible to machine aluminium at high speeds. It is important to use a machine that is exceptionally stable for this purpose to be able to guarantee the required precision at these high speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>What are the benefits of aluminium?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminium has several benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Easy to machine<\/li><li>Light material<\/li><li>Excellent corrosion resistance<\/li><li>Using anodising techniques, it is possible to give this metal different colours or deposit a hard layer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Aluminium milling at AFMI<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our milling machines are suitable for milling aluminium. We have several 3-axis as well as 5-axis (simultaneous) machines. We can also have the machined aluminium anodised and, if applicable, provide it with mounted inserts.
